A Renovation Done Your Way

Every residential project is handled the way we'd handle our own home — with care, honesty, and your schedule always in mind, so you're never out of your house longer than you need to be. We handle every step ourselves, from moving furniture to prepping surfaces to the final clean-up, so all you need to do is tell us what you want and how you want it.

Dark Hardwood
Rich, Dramatic, Timeless

Dark hardwood brings warmth and contrast into a home, making trim, cabinetry, and furniture stand out. It's a classic choice for living rooms, dining rooms, and any space meant to feel a little more formal — though it does show dust and light scuffing more readily than lighter tones, so it tends to suit lower-traffic rooms best.

Light Hardwood & LVP
Bright, Practical, Forgiving

Lighter hardwood and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) open up a room, making smaller spaces feel larger and hiding everyday dust and pet hair far better than darker finishes. LVP is also scratch- and moisture-resistant, which makes it a strong choice for households with dogs, cats, or kids, and for busy areas like kitchens, entryways, and mudrooms.

Refinishing & Trim
Update Without Starting Over

Existing hardwood can often be sanded and refinished rather than replaced — a faster, more affordable way to shift from a dark stain to a lighter one (or the reverse) without tearing out the subfloor. For trim, we can install new trim to match your new flooring, or reuse and touch up what's already there to help keep costs down — whichever makes the most sense for your project.
